Arrival Instructions via email we’re confusing and misleading. Especially timings.
Show start was delayed as result show was cut short at end.
A lot of time with TV show footage. Would be better to offer more prizes to paid customers
Retail pricing is a scam - showcase showdown was a total scam. Everyone is audience was like “how the heck can that even be real pricing!?”
With an audience of close to 3k people they really should offer more opportunities for people to be called “down”.
Ticket pricing seemed excessive for what experience gave.
And BergenPac location was ok. With a pandemic still present the air quality was the pits and sound TOO loud.
Lots of time waiting around and could have been used to improve experience or be more efficient.
Finally the spin the wheel experience was a joke. Some BergenPac employee rushed us and took picture on our individual phones even though ticket summary said they would take photos on their own ipad and email them to each customer. They hardly let us touch the wheel for 5seconds and moved us along like a cattle line. Very poor planning.
